What you need to know.

1. Overview

Welcome to Heart & Magnet! By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Custom Orders & Personalisation

  • All photo magnets are custom-made and printed based on the images you provide.

  • Ensure your uploaded images are high-quality, as we are not responsible for poor resolution in the final product.

  • By submitting an image, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless stated otherwise.

  • You will receive email updates regarding your order status.

  • If you need to update your shipping information, contact me immediately. If your order has not been packed, I will do my best to accommodate changes.

  • I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Since each magnet is custom-made, I do not offer refunds.

  • However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to me—I’ll work to make it right.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. I can only accommodate cancellations or changes if your order has not yet been processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Privacy & Image Usage

  • Your uploaded images will only be used for the purpose of creating your custom magnets. I may however, show them as part of my social media content. If you do not want them used then email me at hello@heartandmagnet,co.uk and put your Order number and OPT OUT in the title. I am working on a tick box on the checkout page. 

  • I will never share or sell your images to third parties. This is not my vibe.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • I strive for accuracy, but I cannot guarantee exact color matching due to printer and screen differences.

  • Heart & Magnet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been shipped.
