Product & Quality
1. What materials are your photo magnets made from?
The magnets are made from high-quality, durable materials with a smooth, glossy finish that enhances your photos. They’re lightweight yet strong enough to stay securely on your fridge or magnetic surface.
2. How strong are the magnets? Will they hold up papers or notes?
Yes! The magnets are designed to securely hold light papers, notes, or small photos without slipping. However, they are primarily decorative and not intended for heavy-duty use.
3. Are your magnets waterproof or scratch-resistant?
Yes! Our magnets have a protective coating that makes them resistant to minor scratches and splashes. However, they are not fully waterproof, so avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
4. Do you offer different shapes and sizes?
Currently, I only offer the 55mm round magnet, but I’m always looking to expand my options. And I already have bottle openers and mirrors in the pipeline so let me know if you are interested in either of these, especially for Mothers Day, ‘Save the Date’ or Wedding Favours. Let me know if you have a request!
5. Can I add text or special effects to my photo magnet?
Not really, however, I’m always happy to help where I can as I do have the software. Email me (hello@heartandmagnet.co.uk) and we can discuss further.
6. Do you enhance or edit photos before printing?
Apart from turning up the brightness a little if it's needed, we print exactly what you upload, ensuring your original memories are preserved. We recommend using high-resolution images for the best quality.
7. Will my photo look exactly like it does on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, but I use high-quality printing inks and paper to ensure vibrant, true-to-life images.

Ordering & Customisation
8. How do I upload my photos?
You can upload your photos directly through our website. Our easy-to-use design tool allows you to adjust the image before ordering.
9. What image formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. If you have a different format, feel free to reach out, and I’ll help you convert it.
10. What resolution or quality should my photo be for the best results?
For the best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). If your image is too low-quality, the finished product might not its best.
11. Can I order a single magnet, or is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes! You can order a single magnet at £3.50 plus postage, however, to make sure you have better value, I sell as a set of 6. You can order as many as you'd like though and I offer bulk discounts for larger orders.
12. Can I create a bulk order for events or businesses?
Yes! I’d love to work on bulk orders for weddings, events, and business promotions. Contact me for special pricing on larger quantities.
13. Do you offer gift packaging or custom messages?
Yes! I can offer beautiful gift packaging, however, it isn’t something I offer on my listing. Please email me though (hello@heartandmagnet.co.uk) and we can chat though how I can make your magnet even more special.
14. Can I preview my magnet before placing an order?
Yes, our upload tool provides a preview to ensure your magnet looks just how you want it.
15. Do you offer any design assistance if I need help?
If you need help resizing, cropping, or adjusting your design, just reach out—I’l’m happy to assist.

Shipping & Delivery
16. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 2 - 3 working days for production and maybe 2 days for shipping, depending on your location.
17. Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
I don’t offer these as an offered shipping option at checkout at the moment, but if you need your order quickly, please email me and I’ll see what I can do
18. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, I am afraid but that is only temporary. Please email me and ill see what I can do.
19. How is my order packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
I package each set of magnets carefully to prevent damage during transit. Large orders come in protective wrap and boxes for added security.
20. What if my magnets arrive damaged or incorrect?
I take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days, with photos of the damaged magnets and once reviews, I’ll replace it at no cost to you.

25. What is your return or refund policy?
Because my product is custom-made, I don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, I’ll make it right!
26. What if I’m not happy with how my magnet turned out?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If there’s a quality issue, contact me, and I’ll work with you to fix it.

Miscellaneous
28. Can I use copyrighted images for my magnets?
No, I am afraid not. Please only use photos you own or have permission to use. I cannot print copyrighted images without proper authorisation.
29. Do you offer branded or promotional magnets for businesses?
Yes! I can create branded magnets for your business, marketing campaigns and events. Contact me for details.
30. Can I order magnets for weddings, birthdays, or special occasions?
Absolutely! My custom magnets make perfect gifts, wedding favours, and event keepsakes.

31. Will you share my custom magnet on social media?
I love showcasing my customers' beautiful creations! Occasionally, I feature customer's photos on my social media pages to inspire others or show 'Behind the Scenes' footage. However, I respect your privacy—if you’d prefer I don’t share your image, just let me know when you order.
